Terrible customer service. Ordered two French door fasteners and barrel bolts. They inky shipped items once I had contacted them to see where they were after I hadn't received any correspondence in over a week. Then when they arrived there was only one French door fastener sent. Emailed them to let them know. They said they'll send another one out. After a couple of days they emailed to say they didn't have those fasteners in stock and we'll receive a refund. Very poor
