i rated 3 as i recieved a cheaper ,different version of what i ordered...so thats a 1........on the other hand,customer service could not have been better as far as communication and full refund.
i was not asked to have it replaced and return cost was provided....so thats a 5......things happen.....all in all ,no drama no fuss...i would purchase from keeler again
