I asked for specific measurements of a replacement door handle in "Legge" as I did't want any hassle re-driiling holes etc. I emailed back and forth with Kevin to ensure it would be the right fit. After making the payment, I had a phone call to say that handle wasn't in stock, "but they're all the same, so I'll send you the Lockton". Lockton was cheaper, smaller and did not fit. I have reached out to Kevin to organise a return and refund as he had promised to do. I still have not heard from him nor do I have my refund. I still have the handle in it's original pacakging and can return when given the instructions on how to do so. It has been a time consuming process with a worthless result.
