I placed an order online with Keeler Hardware but decided to cancel it just 30 minutes later. I called Keeler and was instructed to email Customer Service with my request. Despite sending the email promptly, my request was ignored for a whole week, and the order was still delivered.
As a result, I had to pay $11 out of pocket to return the goods, and Keeler also deducted 10% of the purchase price. Given that I attempted to cancel the order almost immediately, I find this level of customer service very disappointing. I expected better communication and a fairer resolution.
