I wouldn’t have given the feedback but you asked. It’s honestly very hit and miss with you guys on a customer service front. I get it, customers can be a pain in the ass. I hear some people on store and dealing with them would put me in a mood. However, last time I was in, I got treated quite poorly from the gentleman on the back desk far left. Happy to chat further if you reach out. As a result I started taking my business to HG locks and doors. As a builder I would rather bring my business to someone that appreciates the fact I’m doing business with them.
