I stil have not received my order, which was ordered 19/3 as a click and collect. I was travelling from the Shoalhaven to Sydney and mistakenly believed Willoughby would have the items in stock and ready by the afternoon. I then paid a delivery fee to have the order sent to my address. Yesterday I had notice from Aus/Post that it's due tomorrow. I read the notice re waiting for a message before P/U, but Keeler needs to emphasise that (as I was advsed instore) C+C orders may take 4+++ days to reach the store. Overall a shithouse interaction.
