my expereince of Keeler hardware was poor - my supplied lock broke and it took 5 weeks, multiple emails phone calls and a poor review - finally i contaced the CS manager who was able to resolve the issue but only after more emails giving info already given. Was told had to wait for the replacment to be ''got in' even though it was available online for 'immediate delivery'. was told I'd receive an sms when product arrived - no sms received and more chasing was required. I cannot recommend this company at all. I only had one lock purchased from Keeler, all other renovation fittings came from ENTRO - who had exceptional service and assistance
