I am 81 years of age with health issues and purchasing keepmoat home has been the worst decision i have ever made in my life. All seemed okay when making the purchase of a keepmoat home, but, as soon as they received my hard earned money, it all went downhill. Starting on the day I was due to be handed my keys. It was all arranged. No contact from keepmoat on the arranged day and had to go onto the building site to find someone to assist. Nobody knew anything, not even the site manager, the only people in touch were their solicitors who were chasing for their pound of flesh, my hard earned lifetimes money. 7 months after "moving in", well, that is another story for another day. Heartbroken and disgusted pensioner.
