“**Extremely Disappointing Experience with Keepmoat Homes**
My experience with Keepmoat Homes has been nothing short of a nightmare. Here are the major issues I faced:
1. **Abysmal Construction Quality**: The construction quality was horrendous. There were countless defects, including uneven floors, poorly fitted doors, and significant cracks in the walls. It felt like the house was falling apart from day one.
2. **Unacceptable Delays**: The project was delayed by several months beyond the promised completion date. This caused immense stress and inconvenience, as we had to make alternative living arrangements.
3. **Nonexistent Communication**: Communication from Keepmoat was virtually nonexistent. Getting updates was like pulling teeth, and when we did receive information, it was often misleading or incorrect.
4. **Terrible Customer Service**: The customer service was atrocious. Our concerns were dismissed, and we were treated with a complete lack of respect. It felt like they couldn't care less about their customers.
5. **Horrendous After-Sales Service**: Post-completion issues were a nightmare to resolve. The after-sales team was unresponsive and uncooperative, leaving us to deal with numerous unresolved problems.
6. **Broken Promises**: Keepmoat made numerous promises that were never fulfilled. From the quality of the build to the timeline, nothing was delivered as promised.
7. **Stress and Frustration**: The entire process was incredibly stressful and frustrating. Instead of enjoying our new home, we were left dealing with constant issues and poor service.
In summary, my experience with Keepmoat Homes has been a disaster. I would strongly advise anyone considering them to look elsewhere. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and disappointment.”

“I am 81 years of age with health issues and purchasing keepmoat home has been the worst decision i have ever made in my life. All seemed okay when making the purchase of a keepmoat home, but, as soon as they received my hard earned money, it all went downhill. Starting on the day I was due to be handed my keys. It was all arranged. No contact from keepmoat on the arranged day and had to go onto the building site to find someone to assist. Nobody knew anything, not even the site manager, the only people in touch were their solicitors who were chasing for their pound of flesh, my hard earned lifetimes money. 7 months after "moving in", well, that is another story for another day. Heartbroken and disgusted pensioner.”
“Awful workmanship even worse after sales been asked why i wrote a bad review as they are great at after sales and any ongoing issues will be fixed ...well i am renovating my bathroom afyer 4 years to discover the wall has been cut and for the bath to sit in as the plaster board was brought out too much and pipe work was done after bath was jammed in wall. Been told im out of builder warranty (2years) and ni explanantion for the work therefore we cant help”

“I'm disabled and a mental health sufferer and This company engie/keepmoat was hired by Tower Hamlets Homes who is my social housing landlord to replace all the glass in the windows of the flat not the frames just to change the glass after almost 1 year of me complaining to them that not only have they left without finishing the work leaving my flat defenceless against the cold and wind and the bathroom window was not put back properly it's supposed to be closed but you can clearly see the sky from the gap at the top because a Cowboy Comany has done the work so you have to now put the heating on 24h just to be at a healthy and safe temperature because they removed some of the rubber internal draft blockers so they could paint the frames and did not return to put them back once the frames dried they only put them back on some of the frames leaving others defenceless against the cold weather and they also removed the draft brushes that go around the frame so they could paint but only put some back leaving the rest of them defenceless! They said they would return to replace the rest of the Draft Rubbers and the Draft brushes but they NEVER returned! And ever since then I've been blatantly lied to by staff and management that this would be resolved but almost a year has gone and nothing! Even though they've sent someone to inspect who then says that it will be put right but nearly a year and NOTHING! And on top of all that a person who works for Engie / Keepmoat called Nadeem, told me to ' Go fu¥k myself ' All I said to him was ' Why are you lying and wasting my time '! I called his senior to complain a Mr Steve Freame, who told me that his staff member Nadeem admitted to him that he told me to ' Go fu¥k myself ' yet they wouldn't apologise until I literally had to beg and demand for the abusive treatment I've received from Engie / keepmoat Mr Steve Freame literally made me ask him over and over again because he wouldn't reply "isn't anyone going to apologise for the abusive treatment I've received from Engie / keepmoat?" He then said "it will be in the post!" I'm here on the fone and you can't say sorry on behalf of your company! I've never seen or heard or felt treatment by a company like this its disgusting! This company is made up of nothing but PURE COWBOY BUILDER'S! ! !
Tip-1 = Beware of this outfit! ! ! Or you will regret it no matter how cheap the contract is you will pay for it in the end but probably double! BEWARE = Engie formerly known as keepmoat.”
