Keepmoat has shown a shocking disregard for local residents’ safety and wellbeing. Since construction began at Shephall View, dust pollution has made it nearly impossible to enjoy our gardens or even open windows. Complaints have gone unanswered for weeks. Most concerning is the pedestrian walkway they opened behind our homes—without security—exposing us to repeated vandalism. Glass bottles have been thrown into gardens, nearly hitting children. Litter is constantly tossed over fences. There’s been zero accountability and no visible effort to resolve these serious issues. I wouldn’t trust Keepmoat to develop a shed, let alone a neighbourhood. Avoid at all costs.
