In October of 2016 i ordered my first bottle of Keeva conditioner. it was thick, smelled sweet, possibly lemony and conditioned my hair better then anything I have tried. Since then, every bottle I've purchased (through your site and Amazon ) hoping to find that again has been an extreme disappointment. Whether it is due to product tampering or a change in formula - i have been extremely unhappy with what i have received. The conditioner is now thin, smells bland, and leaves my hair stringy and tangled.
