Whenever you call a service advisor and request an answer to a question or a return call you receive one. The work done on my car on my first visit was very good, however, I needed additional work and was trying to schedule a time and needed some assistance with transportation. I was told that it would be arranged for me if possible. I schedule an appointment never heard back on the transportation and had to cancel only because I was unsure if transportation would be given. I made numerous contacts through your schedule in department and was told the advisor would be contacted and would call me. To no avail did I receive a call or any response. I have gone elsewhere to get the additional work done but really wanted your service department to handle please give your customers the courtesy of responding back and making it easier to get in touch with a service advisor. m
