I have purchased more items than I can count on one hand from Kellective and love them. The very first necklace that I had from them years ago now unfortunately snapped in the chain and they were so quick to replace it for me. It was perfect quality and lasted for years. Since then I’ve changed colour of jewellery that I wear and ordered new necklaces, I’ve ordered them as gifts for so many family and friends who wear their pieces daily and always polish up perfectly. Nikki and her team have top tier customer service and I love everything they do!
