“I have bought quite a few item from KBN jewellery and I absolutely LOVE every single piece I have bought. So far I have purchased 2 of the mens leather bracelets with our daughters initials on, 2 kids bracelets with our daughters names on for them and I have bought 2 necklaces for myself with the girls and my husbands initials and flowers on. Each piece is so beautifully designed and I get many compliments on them. They wear really well and knowing I’m helping support a small Brisbane business makes it all the sweeter. It is my go-to place for personalised jewellery. Highly recommend to everyone!”

“Received my purchase which was for my 4 yr old granddaughter. She chose earrings with butterfly & shell stamp. I thought it was my eye sight that I could barely make out the design. When I gifted them my daughter & granddaughter had trouble making out the design. Definitely not the same as pictures on your site. All parties disappointed, would this be a fault?”

Thank you for your feedback. Our Flossy earrings are designed to be very petite at 6mm, so naturally the stamps used are also quite small and can appear subtle at that scale. We’re only able to use one size stamp for this piece due to its size, and while our product photos show the scale and finish of the earrings, we unfortunately don’t have a photo showing each stamp option. We haven’t received an email with any images from you, so if you’d like, please feel free to reach out to our team with a photo and we’d be more than happy to take a closer look for you. “I purchased the “rework” option for a repair on a bracelet that broke (purchased a few years ago and worn regularly). Communication was excellent and the repaired bracelet came back looking brand new. I couldn’t be happier with this service and my daughter is so happy that she can wear her favourite piece of jewellery again.”

“I absolutely love all the jewellery I have bought from you but I have to say I was very disappointed that the mini tag necklace is so so tiny. It looked larger on the model. My fault for not looking at a ruler.”

“I was hesitant that a cuff could stay in place without any kind of piercing, but this piece is gorgeous! Just the right size, easy to get on and adjust, and simply has not moved! Beautiful quality, well made, already eyeing off my next piece x”

“I wanted a gift for my daughter-in-law to celebrate the birth of their new baby. I bought two oval pendants with hers and my son’s initials and then after baby was born I added the third pendant with her initial. They loved the necklace and it’s the perfect way to celebrate my first grandchild.”
