“I absolutely love your piece I’ve purchased for myself and my daughter we both lost some beautiful animals so I think this is pretty special for us. I actually ordered the S & puppy paw again as I had lost my first piece. So I was wrapped I could purchase it again. So thanks you xx”

Thank you for your feedback Karen. We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with the font size. For the men’s bracelet we’re only able to use one particular font and while it is intentionally small and subtle, it’s the same font shown in the photos on our website. “Had a personalised necklace made for my best friend. When I received it it was everything I imagined it would be. I loved that I could choose the flowers to be stamped onto the charm with her & her fiances intials. To be able to design it made it even more special. A big thanks to the KBN team. “KBN's customer service is next level! The item I ordered ended up to be out of stock. They were extremely apologetic, explained how it occured and provided 3 different solution options for me to choose - all VERY great options. And expedited shipping so that I still received it in time to give as a gift. And included an extra little surprise gift in the package as another apology. Above and beyond! And of course - the quality of the products are fantastic! Order from KBN - you can't go wrong!”

“I purchased the Delilah Stacked Large and Tiny Oval Necklace at the beginning of the month. (August 2025) I have worn it 3 times on different occasions throughout the month. The top pendant has already scratched the bottom larger oval pendant, leaving curved scratches on bottom pendant, unfortunately now making the jewellery look cheap… (which it wasn’t: $175). Such a bummer because I really thought I’d love this piece.”

Hi Maddison, thank you so much for your review, we really appreciate your feedback. We’re really sorry to hear you’ve noticed scratching on your necklace. With the Delilah design, some light surface wear can occur where the pendants touch (as noted on the product page). The good news is these marks are usually very superficial and can easily be polished out with the white polish pad you would have received with your order. We haven't seen any messages come through from you, but we’d be happy to send you extra polish pads, or if you'd prefer you’re welcome to return it for a professional polish here in the studio. “I purchased the Mini Isla Skinny bracelet as a gift for my granddaughter's first birthday. Three words: love, love, love. The bracelet is gorgeous and the engraving just made it so much more personal, from her Grammy (as per the award).
