“The jewellery is pretty but I really don’t like the finicky clasps - the are unfortunately annoying and something to battle with each time I go to wear them. For the price, I would have loved something that didn’t feel as though it would break each time I wear it.”

Thank you so much for your feedback, we’re really sorry to hear the earrings haven’t been the easiest for you to use. Our Spring Day and Night Hoops have a tension-based hinge for a secure fit, but we totally understand they can feel a little fiddly at first. There’s a graphic on the product page that shows the best way to open and close them. “I bought my daughter a necklace which loved and I loved too. I have never been a necklace wearer but I have been looking for the perfect piece to remember my mum who passed from cancer last year. After scrolling I found the right one. I did make an error but the team responded quickly and fixed my mistake!!! Thank you I love my necklace and what it represents”

“I originally bought 2 bracelets for my granddaughter's first birthday. Her mother was so taken with one of them that she asked for the same bracelet for herself which I duly purchased. My experience with KBN was exceptioanlly trouble free with selecting the style being the most difficult exercise. Ordering and payment was simple and the delivery was prompt. The bracelets match the description on the website and are beautiful. I can recommend KBN Jewellery.”
