“Absolutely love my twin pendant necklace, such a special treat for myself! I did order the wrong size and had to swap it out for a longer chain which was made super easy on the website and staff assistance was lovely. Was a little sad it came back not as shiny as it was originally but its still perfect and can be easily cleaned xx”

“I have purchased many pieces from the beautiful range with KBN jewellery. Each piece has been stunning. I have purchased the personalised star disc pendant with my grandchildrens initials on it & I wear it everyday. I have also purchased the same pendant for a friend who turns 70 & also put her grandchildrens initials on the pendant. The quality & craftsmanship is amazing. I would thorougly recommend any of KBN's pieces with confidence - you will not be disappointed. Amazing, just amazing. Keep up the great work KBN.”

For the men’s bracelet we’re only able to use one particular font and while it is intentionally small and subtle, it’s the same font shown in the photos on our website. “Had a personalised necklace made for my best friend. When I received it it was everything I imagined it would be. I loved that I could choose the flowers to be stamped onto the charm with her & her fiances intials. To be able to design it made it even more special. A big thanks to the KBN team. “KBN's customer service is next level! The item I ordered ended up to be out of stock. They were extremely apologetic, explained how it occured and provided 3 different solution options for me to choose - all VERY great options. And expedited shipping so that I still received it in time to give as a gift. And included an extra little surprise gift in the package as another apology. Above and beyond! And of course - the quality of the products are fantastic! Order from KBN - you can't go wrong!”

“I purchased the Delilah Stacked Large and Tiny Oval Necklace at the beginning of the month. (August 2025) I have worn it 3 times on different occasions throughout the month. The top pendant has already scratched the bottom larger oval pendant, leaving curved scratches on bottom pendant, unfortunately now making the jewellery look cheap… (which it wasn’t: $175). Such a bummer because I really thought I’d love this piece.”

Hi Maddison, thank you so much for your review, we really appreciate your feedback. We’re really sorry to hear you’ve noticed scratching on your necklace. With the Delilah design, some light surface wear can occur where the pendants touch (as noted on the product page). The good news is these marks are usually very superficial and can easily be polished out with the white polish pad you would have received with your order. We haven't seen any messages come through from you, but we’d be happy to send you extra polish pads, or if you'd prefer you’re welcome to return it for a professional polish here in the studio.
