“I always love this jewelry! The pieces are so lovely this is my 4th purchased. The only thing I could comment on this time is how wonky the letters are stamped on the piece. It is small so I do understand it would be difficult, but it is quite wobbly. I'm sure it won't be noticed though.🎀”

Thank you so much for your continued support Cat, it really means a lot to us. As each piece is hand stamped, there can be slight natural variation, especially at a very small scale. “Beautiful pieces and beautiful packaging. I ordered the tiny oval pendants and chain with engraving. My only disappointment was my fault, I ‘thought’ they would be bigger and the engraved letters larger. Is quite fine and hard to see. All the measurements were provided so I clearly didn’t read it, as I said, my fault. It is still beautiful. I also ordered an engraved ring, smallest size but too big for me. My sister will now inherit it. Great service as well”

“I LOVE the necklaces however ive noticed the larger circles scratch really easily ive got a circle over a circle and its leaving scratch marks, you cant see it unless you move the smaller circle out of the way but that would be my only comment, otherwise the jewellery is stunning ❤️”

Hi Renaye, Thank you so much for your lovely review, we’re so glad you love your necklaces! ❤️ You’re right that when the pendants overlap, light surface marks can sometimes appear over time, we do mention this in the product description, as it’s a natural part of how the pieces move together when worn. Giving it a quick polish with the white pad included in your order will help soften those marks and keep your necklace looking beautiful. “Overall I am very happy with my purchase, easy to order and personalise, quick delivery and the quality of the finished product was lovely, packaging was nice too. The only slight criticism is that the pendants aren't the same colour as the chain, slightly different gold colours and the chain I opted for (the most popular one) is extremely fine, beautiful but very delicate. I would purchase from this shop again and my daughter was happy with her gift”

“This was my 3rd purchase. As beautiful as the others. I did however make a request with my order that the first letter of my grandaughters name would be a capital and the rest in small letters. Unfortunately it all came in capitals. No big deal. Its still beautiful My daughter requested the thin chain. Although it is dainty, I find it to be a little too fine and looks like it will be easily broken. Especially when holding a young child. I have purchased the thicker chain before but am not a huge fan of the way it looks. Maybe something in between would be good. I was also a little disappointed this time as I didn't get the card introducing the person that had made it. This added a special touch to my first 2 purchases which I was so happy to wrap with the jewellery as gifts for my daughter's to read and see the love that had gone into it. Not receiving that this time for my 3rd daughter was a bit of a bummer. Otherwise, I still absolutely love your jewellery and am yet to buy myself something. Hopefully soon xx”
