Overall I am very happy with my purchase, easy to order and personalise, quick delivery and the quality of the finished product was lovely, packaging was nice too. The only slight criticism is that the pendants aren't the same colour as the chain, slightly different gold colours and the chain I opted for (the most popular one) is extremely fine, beautiful but very delicate. I would purchase from this shop again and my daughter was happy with her gift
