“I purchased the Delilah Stacked Large and Tiny Oval Necklace at the beginning of the month. (August 2025) I have worn it 3 times on different occasions throughout the month. The top pendant has already scratched the bottom larger oval pendant, leaving curved scratches on bottom pendant, unfortunately now making the jewellery look cheap… (which it wasn’t: $175). Such a bummer because I really thought I’d love this piece.”

Hi Maddison, thank you so much for your review, we really appreciate your feedback. We’re really sorry to hear you’ve noticed scratching on your necklace. With the Delilah design, some light surface wear can occur where the pendants touch (as noted on the product page). The good news is these marks are usually very superficial and can easily be polished out with the white polish pad you would have received with your order. We haven't seen any messages come through from you, but we’d be happy to send you extra polish pads, or if you'd prefer you’re welcome to return it for a professional polish here in the studio. “I received my necklace as a birthday gift from my husband and it’s one of the best presents I’ve ever received. We’ve just had our second child, and our family is complete, and it has the names of my little family on it, and so I love this necklace. I’m going to wear it all the time!”

“I purchased the Mini Isla Skinny bracelet as a gift for my granddaughter's first birthday. Three words: love, love, love. The bracelet is gorgeous and the engraving just made it so much more personal, from her Grammy (as per the award). “I am so pleased with my whole experience with KBN Jewellery. I purchased a woven leather bracelet for my husband and it arrived within six days.
