“My wife loves her necklace. As a slightly androgynous, slightly masc leaning queer woman, I was nervous that she'd find KBN a bit too feminine - but the rectangle textured pendant on the rolo chain with a cute little rainbow was very well received! I chose KBN because it's important to us to support local, and I love the hand stamping process. Everything about ordering and shipping was very straightforward, and the rush job extra ensured it arrived well in time for Christmas as promised. An easy five stars.”

“hi I had no problems at all, only problem was picking what beautiful piece I wanted to get, i found it easy then emailed as I got a bit worried bout my delivery and they answered pretty quick witch is good hate when they take forever to answer a question thnx”

“I always love this jewelry! The pieces are so lovely this is my 4th purchased. The only thing I could comment on this time is how wonky the letters are stamped on the piece. It is small so I do understand it would be difficult, but it is quite wobbly. I'm sure it won't be noticed though.🎀”

“Disappointed as the letters stamped into the pendant are so tiny I can hardly identify them. Very hard to identify the shape of the shell also stamped.”

Our pendants are designed to be very dainty, and the product photos on our website show the font size and exact shell stamp so customers can see what to expect before ordering. “The necklace and pendants I ordered are exactly as described and pictured. It was more expensive than I'd hoped to spend, but hopefully this will pay off in future if the jewellery remains the same quality that it is now. I am happy to support Australian designers. The card with my specific jeweller pictured was a lovely personal touch.”

We include full measurements and clear photos on our website so customers can see the exact size of each piece before ordering, but we understand sizing can still feel different once it arrives. Because everything is made to order, we don’t have a way to send design previews before creating the piece - we work directly from the order details we receive.
