“I’ve now bought two pieces of jewellery from KBN. A necklace for my niece to celebrate the 1st year of her daughter, and a necklace for my daughter. They arrived in time for Christmas, and packaged beautifully. They are well made and the quality is high class. Thank you for providing such beautiful jewellery. Kind regards Sue”

“Disappointed as the letters stamped into the pendant are so tiny I can hardly identify them. Very hard to identify the shape of the shell also stamped.”

Our pendants are designed to be very dainty, and the product photos on our website show the font size and exact shell stamp so customers can see what to expect before ordering. “The necklace and pendants I ordered are exactly as described and pictured. It was more expensive than I'd hoped to spend, but hopefully this will pay off in future if the jewellery remains the same quality that it is now. I am happy to support Australian designers. The card with my specific jeweller pictured was a lovely personal touch.”

“Even although l thought l was getting large circle - to me it's small - l wish they could send you a copy of the jewellery before it's actually made - so you could change the design or size”

Hi Nadia, Thanks so much for your feedback. We include full measurements and clear photos on our website so customers can see the exact size of each piece before ordering, but we understand sizing can still feel different once it arrives. Because everything is made to order, we don’t have a way to send design previews before creating the piece - we work directly from the order details we receive. “Beautiful pieces and beautiful packaging. I ordered the tiny oval pendants and chain with engraving. My only disappointment was my fault, I ‘thought’ they would be bigger and the engraved letters larger. Is quite fine and hard to see. All the measurements were provided so I clearly didn’t read it, as I said, my fault. It is still beautiful. I also ordered an engraved ring, smallest size but too big for me. My sister will now inherit it. Great service as well”

“Although the quality is very good, I am unhappy with the size of the earrings I purchased for my 7, 6 and 5 yr old granddaughters. They are that small that you can’t work out what the stamp is and I had them pick out what they wanted.”

“i've now placed multiple orders and purchased so many beautiful items from KBN and i will 110% continue to invest my money into this amazing business. i'm always very hesitant to purchase anything online but back in 2022 i took a chance on placing a custom order and just crossed my fingers. to this day my mum hasn't taken her necklace off and it's one of her most prized possessions. i recently made some other purchases and had to do a return (which ive never done) due to my own fault in getting the wrong size and i was met with patience, support and assistance. they've been very responsive and helpful every step of the way. i love that im supporting a female run business (and Scott!) and its all done here in Australia. couldn't speak highly enough of KBN or recommend them more. thank you so much, once again! x”
