KBN's customer service is next level! The item I ordered ended up to be out of stock. They were extremely apologetic, explained how it occured and provided 3 different solution options for me to choose - all VERY great options. And expedited shipping so that I still received it in time to give as a gift. And included an extra little surprise gift in the package as another apology. Above and beyond!
