I was spoken to in a manner that was both condescending and accusatory, as if raising a valid concern was an inconvenience to them. This is not only poor business practice—it is unethical. To add insult to injury, when I disputed the charges and provided evidence supporting my position, the staff showed no willingness to resolve the issue, instead doubling down on their stance with no reasonable justification. Such conduct raises serious questions about the company’s integrity and their approach to customer care. I am sharing this experience publicly to warn others. Kendall Car Hire appears to operate with a shocking disregard for honest service and customer trust. Their conduct has been deeply disappointing, and I would strongly advise potential customers to exercise extreme caution—or better yet, take their business elsewhere.
