⸻ PUBLIC COMPLAINT: Kendall Car Hire – A Warning to Future Customers I am writing this public complaint to express my deep dissatisfaction and outrage over the appalling conduct and unethical business practices of Kendall Car Hire (namely, that of Elias Badi). My experience with this company has been nothing short of distressing and unacceptable. From the outset, Kendall Car Hire demonstrated a lack of transparency in their pricing structure and terms. Hidden fees were not disclosed at the time of booking, and I was later blindsided by unexpected and false deductions from my account without clear explanation or justification. Attempts to obtain a breakdown or any form of accountability were met with dismissive and unhelpful responses. The customer service team was rude, unprofessional, and blatantly disrespectful when I sought clarification. I was spoken to in a manner that was both condescending and accusatory, as if raising a valid concern was an inconvenience to them. This is not only poor business practice—it is unethical. To add insult to injury, when I disputed the charges and provided evidence supporting my position, the staff showed no willingness to resolve the issue, instead doubling down on their stance with no reasonable justification. Such conduct raises serious questions about the company’s integrity and their approach to customer care. I am sharing this experience publicly to warn others. Kendall Car Hire appears to operate with a shocking disregard for honest service and customer trust. Their conduct has been deeply disappointing, and I would strongly advise potential customers to exercise extreme caution—or better yet, take their business elsewhere. I hope that by bringing this matter to light, Kendall Car Hire will be held accountable for their practices and make the necessary changes to treat future customers with the respect and transparency they deserve. DO NOT RENT FROM KENDALL CARS I rented a Mercedes MERCEDES BENZ VITO 114 TOURER/AUTO/9STR/CRIT'AIR/CCEXEPT/PHTRKVan from Kendall Cars on 8 June 2023 and returned on 17 June 2023 During the rental I had a small brush with another car. It was a small scratch which a little polish would have rectified. When I returned the car, I was charged 500 pounds for the damage. I queried and the company said this is the procedure. And the insurance company deals with it. They sent the insurance report and what they did was replace the whole bumper which cost over 1400 pounds. The is clearly a dupe somewhere. Whether with the insurance company or Kendall. I am not sure. I really feel cheated. DO NOT RENT FROM KENDALL CARS Apart from the above issue, there are others. 1. The charges are counted by the days not the hour. Supposed you picked up the car on day 1 at 5 pm and returned on day 3 at 10am. This is considered three days not two; unlike all other rental companies. The company expects you to return the car at 8 am. And if you are late, you are charged a full day rental. 2. I rented the car from Heathrow Terminal 2. They charge you for picking you up and taking you to their Chertsey Office. The trip itself took us over 45 minutes. And it took another half hour to register and check the car. It was really a waste of time. You might save a little by renting from Kendall. It is definitely not worth it. BE WARNED. DO NOT RENT FROM KENDALL CARS.

The service was very excellent. Stafv at the Wimbledon site are very professional and deserve to be commended. I will certainly do business with this company again and recommend others to do business with them too.
