I bought a gift including a gift bag and card. I paid $14.99 for delivery although our purchase was about $200. I put in the order on Friday for a family member's birthday the following Monday, and yet the delivery didn't make it in time for the birthday. I received no delivery information so I had no idea if the gift had been delivered. Very poor form.
