My first Havana Rum order was broken by CouriersPlease so after 2 weeks a replacement order was delivered yesterday. But the box was wet and the CouriersPlease driver said it had been wet in the rain (but we had no rain yesterday). When we opened the parcel we found one bottle was broken (thus the wet box)!!! I now need a replacement bottle. Obviously the bottles need to be better wrapped- and I am unimpressed by CouriersPlease!
