I recently made a purchase of two bottles of wine. Unfortunately when they were delivered, one of them was the incorrect product. I contact Kent Street Cellars and they gave me options for either keeping the incorrect item (and purchasing at a discount) or sending back free of charge. I opted to keep the item and in the meantime, they arranged for the correct item to be sent, which arrived in good order and super quickly. I really appreciated Adam's personal attention to my issue and his prompt responses and follow up.
