Very disappointed with the my order #71894 which was confirmed on my purchase date on 31/12/2022, I still have not received any notice after almost 3 weeks now regarding my delivery. I have sent email last week to your customer service to request a refund if I cannot receive the two bottles of wine by today 16/1/2023 but have not got any reply back from any of your customer service representative.
So I would not recommend to my friend of any of your online purchase and doubt that I would purchase any wines from your online website anymore.
