Shopping and purchasing process was a breeze. Had no troubles with those processes, however package arrived with outside packaging damaged and opened. Was very happy to find my $300+ purchase intact and just a few minor scratches on the outside of the gift box. Not really Kent Street Cellars fault, just thankful I don’t have to go through any type of refund process.
