Your wine service is good, you have the correct wines and the correct vintages that you advertise.
One way to improve would be to use Australia post for deliveries. These other couriers you use are hopeless. You miss your one delivery and they take it back to a hot warehouse for a month...... When the customer is buying a crate of champagne, the extra money for Australia post really should be expensed. That way, the customer can just go to the local Australia Post for pick up.
