I ordered a box of x 6 Lehmann F. Sommier Ariane 72cl glasses. On arrival, one had a flaw in the base. I wrote to Kent Street Cellars with images attached and received a reply from Adam asking what would be a good outcome. I replied saying that a replacement glass would be appropriate. I have tried unsuccessfully to follow up to find out what the outcome of the issue might be, with no further response. Please let me know the status quo. Many thanks
