I ordered some of my favourite wine online through Kent Street Cellars. The order was processed but they were out of stock. I was emailed by a team member telling me that whilst they had none currently in stock they would dispatch the order as soon as they received the incoming stock. Excellent communication from KSC however, the couriers they use were not the most reliable and kept changing the delivery time. Fortunately, they arrived the day I needed them.
