Paid for same day delivery (pretty much the main reason I used Kent street cellars) and received in 3 days - after the event I’d purchased the wine for… Delivery admits they didn’t make the first night - but then claims I wasn’t home on the second night (it was after 10pm - I was at home, probably watching TV). No missed calls in my phone and no note left.
Wine was as paid for - hence the 3 stars.
