Parcel was broken in transit, which was acceptable but then to be delayed by another 5 days, the objective was to arrive due to the death of her mother. To arrive late defeated the purpose. I felt another option could hav been explored to ensure a quicker delivery.
The accompanying card was also not delivered with the gift so it had no context to the recipient. I had to phone and explain who sent the gift .
Won't be using this service again .
