No protection in the packaging. Item arrived very late and broken. I sent several photos of the broken pieces to them. They repeatedly asked me to "co-operate" and send photos (AFTER I'D SENT THEM 3 TIMES). They even INCLUDED my photos IN THEIR REPLY while asking me to send photos! They're obviously the type who will play dumb and go around in circles so that you give up and go away. I won't. So I'll be showing the emails and photos to my bank and getting a charge back. I recommend you do the same because you won't get anywhere with these morons. Absolutely intentionally useless customer service. Weaponised incompetence.
