“I recently bought tripod from k&f concept they tripod started rustic after couple days of use I contacted company they admitted to replace rusted parts but I stated clearly I want full refund because this was less than 30 days they not willing refund me just half price I stated my rights to them they not listening arguing in emails saying they not now why trupod stsrted rusting that's why they wil isues 50 procent refund I explained to thaem produced doesn't fit for purpose I demand full refund and they can take tripod back they playing games ignoring consumers rights. “Terrible Terrible company. Never shop with this company again, and would advise anybody not to, no matter what offers they have. Bought a waterproof camera. It came Black not orange. I think it is also faulty, very slow turning on and off, deleting is also tricky. Then they emailed to say they do not stock Orange version, after accusing me of ordering wrong colour. Ask to exchange it but so objective, uncooperative. Ask for a refund I heard nothing from them for 2 days.”

“Even tho the name includes “Canada”, they are located in China. It is not made clear on their web site. Therefore, oders take longer to arrive and you might need to pay customs. I ordered something for a specific occasion and their web site mentionned to order express to make sure to get it in time. But they took 3 days to ship it and I won’t get it in time.”
“Goods were delivered to an address in a different street and have gone missing. K&F refuse to help. Ordered direct off K&F website, they used their Amazon doorstep delivery service who mis-delivered the goods to the wrong street. K&F need to put in a claim with their couriers, and in turn refund or replace the missing delivery. Despite several emails they just tell me to sort it out myself, which I can't do as Amazon will only let me claim if the goods were ordered through them. “No protection in the packaging. Item arrived very late and broken. I sent several photos of the broken pieces to them. They repeatedly asked me to "co-operate" and send photos (AFTER I'D SENT THEM 3 TIMES). They even INCLUDED my photos IN THEIR REPLY while asking me to send photos!
