Ordered tripod product and found one of the legs was bend. Upon showing proof, instruction were provided to fix the problem. Unfortunately this did not resolve the problem.
Because we were leaving for a long holiday shortly after, a replacement would not arrive in time. therefore I requested to return and refund the not ok product.
Kentfaith refused and requested to film myself performing the instructions because they did not trust me to be able to perform the instructions and repair. It is outrageous that they rely on the customer to repair quality issue products.
Still have not received the refund or additional shipment costs.
This is definitely not "comprehensive after sales service" as advertised.
