Goods were delivered to an address in a different street and have gone missing. K&F refuse to help. Ordered direct off K&F website, they used their Amazon doorstep delivery service who mis-delivered the goods to the wrong street. K&F need to put in a claim with their couriers, and in turn refund or replace the missing delivery. Despite several emails they just tell me to sort it out myself, which I can't do as Amazon will only let me claim if the goods were ordered through them. Have explained all this in numerous emails but just get same copy / paste reply telling me to sort it out myself. I'm now out pocket for the price of the order and no goods delivered.
