I recently bought tripod from k&f concept they tripod started rustic after couple days of use I contacted company they admitted to replace rusted parts but I stated clearly I want full refund because this was less than 30 days they not willing refund me just half price I stated my rights to them they not listening arguing in emails saying they not now why trupod stsrted rusting that's why they wil isues 50 procent refund I explained to thaem produced doesn't fit for purpose I demand full refund and they can take tripod back they playing games ignoring consumers rights. I m reporting company to trading standards and I will take legal action against them be aware they aware of purchasing from K&f concept
