Really great, helpful, caring staff. I ordered my first light in October, and the other pair a couple of months later. Due to the COVID pandemic, lockdowns and then Brexit, they weren’t delivered until early February. I wasn’t too concerned, as I was kept informed of the reasons. It was very reassuring, especially as I had never used Kes Lighting before. Special thanks must go to Donna and Shane.
