This is the third purchase I have made from KES lighting and each time has been a completely pain free experience. I'm in the middle of a house renovation project and am ordering from many different suppliers. The customer service from KES is second to none and their prices are also extremely competitive. The ordering process is simple and backed up with confirmation emails and phone calls if any delay in delivery is anticipated. Once the goods have been delivered there are more followup emails to ensure they have been received in good condition. Altogether a great company to deal with!
