Ordered a new light from KES. Was a bit apprehensive as a local supplier said there was no way that they could match the on line price for the same item. Even the manufacturer's rep (who happened to be in the shop when i called) was surprised at the price being offered. However, the item we expected and wanted was delivered direct from the manufacturer (not as quickly as I am used to with most internet shopping but I think that was down to the manufacturer not KES). Approx one week later I had a follow up email to ensure that everything was as we expected and to let them know if there were any issues. All in all very good service.
