Knew the product I wanted and this was the best price I could find, so I ordered on line. Immediate acknowledgement and dispatch very very quickly. Had the light fitting within 36 hours! Well packed and with absolutely no damage. Follow up communication to make sure I ha received the fitting and that everything was good with it. Excellent service.
