Before I ordered, I needed to know the dimensions of the globes on the light fixture. I received an immediate reply (not an automated reply), to say they would check the measurements the next day when the showroom was open. True to their word, I received them the next day and was able to place my order which I received within a couple of days. Excellent customer service and would definitely recommend KES.
