I ordered a light on Sunday and it arrived on the Tuesday after. I was kept updated on the progress and received emails from the company which was so helpful. I emailed to say that the light had arrived and got a reply promptly. It's service like this that will make me shop with KES next time I need lighting. Also the price was the best that I could find.
