I traveled to the store to see the light that I had seen online. On arrival The store looked closed but fortunately for me it wasn’t and they were having a refurbishment. I had a look round and finally chatted with a lad called Reece who helped me with my order, took payment and arranged for delivery.
Fast forward a few days and on opening up the box I noticed a damaged piece. I emailed Reece who then emailed me back to tell me he had spoken with the manufacturer who were sorting out a replacement.
Well I received the new replacement a few days later and so I can honestly say this has been a really good experience, for a change, and someone , Reece, has turned an unfortunate delivery mishap into a great outcome. Thanks Reece 👍😬
