I ordered a schonbek light from kes lighting, I had many questions to ask as this light has many variations regarding finishes.Lauren answered all of my questions through emails and by phone promptly.The customer service I had was fantastic especially because there was an error made with the price but Lauren without me saying one word said kes lighting would honour the price they had originally given me which was quite a difference.My light is on order I haven't received it yet.
