I bought a light fitting recently from this company, straight from the offset it was clear that this company has a refreshing and personal customer service ethic. When a minor problem with delivery arose (nothing at all to do with KES) they were on to it straight away and were nothing but helpful. I would 100% recommend this company. And top marks to Steve who dealt with the slight issue proffesuonally and efficiently.
