Our Quoizell porch light was delivered promptly and was well packaged.There was some confusion as regards the fittings supplied with the light as they were not the same as those described in the fitting instructions.We referred the query to staff at KES who were very helpful in following up the matter. Following consultation with the manufacturers they explained that the fittings supplied were adaptable to the light and forwarded necessary instructions along with apologies for the confusion. Creditable customer service.
