I ordered two light fittings with kes lighting. They arrived quickly and I was sent an e-mail of date/ time of delivery.
Upon delivery I inspected the light fitting as requested by the company which was very well packaged. Unfortunately one of the glass rods was broken . I e-mailed kes lighting immediately to inform them of the damage and provided them with a photograph. I recieved a prompt response from Reece knight who ordered a new part from the manufacturer. I was kept updated by Reece knight of when the new part would arrive which was within a week.
