I ordered three chandeliers from this company and when I emailed them for general questions they got back to me quickly and they have amazing customer service and the chandeliers came looking exactly the pictures shown on their website. Delivery was also extremely fast I literally got my order 2 days after I ordered it, so I’m very happy about that. And I do recommend 100%
