I bought two lights from KES. The lights themselves are really lovely, and I couldn't fault the service. Before ordering, I emailed a question about the lights on a Sunday evening, obviously not expecting a response until the next day, but my question was answered within an hour. The ordering process was very straightforward, and the lights were delivered within the normal time frame, despite being in the middle of the Covid19 lockdown. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service.
