KES were very helpful in identifying the light unit I was after based on a very brief description. When they received the item they noticed that there was a small chip on one of the glass panel so they they telephoned me to tell me that I could wait for a replacement or take the slightly damaged one to see how bad the chip was. When I received the item the next day I inspected it and the chip was un-noticeable when the unit was assembled.
